Thank you for your interest in Dragon’s Belfry. We maintain a high-standard environment to ensure the safety and harmony of our members. If your application was not accepted, please review the following pillars of conduct required to hold our Flame.
1. Communication & Verbal Conduct
Prospective members must demonstrate mastery over their interactions. This includes:
- Refinement of Speech: Maintaining a zero-tolerance policy for profanity and “trash talk.”
- Emotional Maturity: The ability to handle frustrations without engaging in “drama” or toxic behavior in public or private channels.
2. Digital Security & Privacy
The safety of our members is our highest priority. Improvements in this area include:
- Anonymity Mastery: Strictly separating real-life information (photos, names, locations) from your in-game identity.
- Risk Mitigation: Recognizing that sharing personal data is a security liability for the entire Free Company.
3. Ethical Integrity
We value players who respect the community at large:
- Professionalism: Respecting other Free Companies by never attempting to “poach” or recruit their members.
- Conflict Resolution: Following the “Screenshot and Report” protocol rather than engaging in public retaliation.
4. Social Neutrality
Dragon’s Belfry is a sanctuary. We require members to navigate social spaces without pivoting to divisive topics such as politics or religion, ensuring the focus remains on the game and camaraderie.
5. The “Holiday Inn” Policy
Membership is a permanent commitment. We look for players who have moved past the “FC hopping” phase and are ready for a long-term home. Understand that once you check out, the door remains closed.
