Dragons Belfry Officer Terms:
Officers must inform Edward and Moniku of any changes prior to participating in guild events. Failure to communicate these changes after 12 attempts and multiple discussions will result in demotion. Officers wishing to leave the guild must do so after a minimum of 30 days to remain in good standing. Departure before this period will place the individual on the guild’s list of unfavorable terms. This protocol ensures effective management and honors the commitment of our guild leaders.
Failure to Screenshot Proof!
We’ve updated our policy for reporting issues within the guild. Here are the details:
If you have a concern with another player, you need to report it to the guild leaders within 7 days of the incident. Make sure to provide a screenshot as proof. This helps us keep things fair and maintain trust among members.
Not reporting within this timeframe, or failing to provide evidence, could lead to the report being considered false. In such cases, both the reporting member and any witnesses could face consequences, including the possibility of being kicked out of the guild.
Departure From The Guild!
We wish to clarify our policy regarding members who choose to leave and then decide to return to the Dragons Belfry guild. Our community values trust and commitment, and as such, we have a system in place to manage the reintegration of members who have previously departed.
Upon leaving the guild, a member’s name will be automatically added to the Blacklist. This is a standard procedure to keep track of membership changes and ensure the stability of our guild’s structure. Should you wish to rejoin, it is required to utilize the guild finder and search for ‘Blacklist Rejoin.’ This process allows us to properly manage re-entries and maintain an organized environment.
For those who have left the guild without any rule infractions, we welcome you back without the need for any additional contributions – your rejoining is free of charge. We understand that players may leave for various reasons that do not necessarily involve disputes or dissatisfaction, and we acknowledge that circumstances change.
However, for members who have previously violated guild rules and wish to return, there is a requisite reactivation fee of 5,000 Gold. This fee serves multiple purposes: it acts as a deterrent against rule-breaking, helps compensate for the administrative efforts of managing the Blacklist and re-entry processes, and also contributes to the guild’s resources, which are used for the betterment of all members.
We believe this policy is fair and necessary to preserve the integrity and harmony of our guild. It encourages members to adhere to our rules and fosters a sense of responsibility. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter, as we continue to strive for a positive and enjoyable gaming experience for all.
